TERMITE INSPECTIONS
Your home is likely the biggest asset you have and an annual visual termite inspection is one major step in helping to keep it free from extensive termite damage.
We use the latest technology, including Termatrac radar units, thermal imaging cameras and moisture detection meters to compile a comprehensive report on your property.
We thoroughly inspect buildings and yards to look for signs of timber pests and wood rot.
Areas inspected include all rooms, roof and floor voids (subject to access), wall and roof exteriors, gardens and any outbuildings.
Our visual termite inspections come with a 14-page report at minimum, including photos and easy-to-understand descriptions of any problem areas or conducive conditions. It will be emailed or posted to you within 24 hours of the inspection.
What you can expect to find in the report:
• Colour photos
• Evidence of termite activity, damage, and previous treatments
• Wood rot evidence and any potential safety hazards
• Photographs and descriptions of conditions conducive to termite attack
• Any safety hazards regarding the timber structures
And of course, we will talk to you about the report and be available to answer any questions you may have about it, as well as provide advice on any recommended treatments. If you choose to contract with us for your termite treatment, rest assured that we will only use brand-name chemicals for each treatment.
